Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Oregon license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Scrubbing and circulating with experience in endoscopy, Davinci robot, and total joints required. Rotational call approx. 7-8 days a month including one weekend that includes a Friday.
Shift Information: Days/varies due to pt need (0630-1500) rotating weekends
