Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 36 months of Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool experience.

BSN completion required

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience Must have well-rounded in PICU, NICU, and Cardiac (CICU) Experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience at free standing pediatric hospitals

Well-rounded experience in management of pediatric patient populations in PICU, NICU and Cardiac ICU

Special Requests: No December or Holiday RTO!

No RTO approved within the first two weeks of assignment

Shift & Scheduling: Will accept 1/6, 1/13 or 1/20 no later

Every 3rd weekend

Yes, 50% of holidays during assignment

Floating Requirements: Critical Care Cohort: PICU, CICU, NICU, CPCU

May be assigned acute care units, Cardiac Progressive Care Unit, and Network of care (satellite) locations Med/Surg IP

Three locations are in the Denver Metro area within a 20 mile radius

May be assigned in Patient Safety Observation roles, serving as 1/1 observation as required by organizational needs
