First schedule travelers will fill in the holes, the next schedule travelers can give preference and they will try to work with them but they will fit them in to the schedule around core staff.
Do NOT guarantee Block Scheduling- can not work 6 shifts in a row.
Weekend Requirements: No minimum requirement. Based on unit needs and requests
Holiday Requirements: No set requirement for travel RNs. Regular Staff have a set holiday rotation and there are 3 groups. May work a holiday if there is a need during contract
Float to all St. Lukes Treasure Valley Sites-Meridian, Nampa, Boise in primary skill set (L&D, Postpartum, or Antepartum) or as a sitter.
Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have mother baby experience- prefer 1 year. Must have experience and be able to attend deliveries and complete 1 hour of newborn care, triage, Circulate C/S, and provide Postpartum Couplet Care. Must have experience with magnesium. Charge nurse experience preferred.

Are RNs required to titrate drips?: Yes - Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Yes – Pitocin Protocol, Magnesium Protocol, Insulin drips (occasionally)
Additional Notes: Travel duos will need 2 cars, can not do 1 car as they could be at different sites or float during shift. Scrubs could be different at different sites- this site is the only LDRP site.
Scrub Color/Dress code: Hospital issued scrubs-required to be changed in to and out of at beginning and end of shift.
