Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Mixed patient population MS/Tele & PCU unit can be high acuity and very fast paced.

Call Req: None

Must have exp with at least 1: bowel resections, bariatric surgery, trach exp, epidural infusion.

Float required - Possible float to cover CNA and team RN responsibilities staff must be flexible and willing to assist.

Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all MMC Med Surg units.

RTO: Only ONE major holiday
