24 months of role experience is required.
12 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.
3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.
References

Candidates must have a Arkansas license or compact license prior to placement start.

Additional Details:

A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.

1 year of experience in specialty preferred

The PCU/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing

Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures.

The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
