Requirements
Experience
18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience with 1 months within the past 12 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Vaccinations

Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free
Shift & Scheduling: On Call, Call Back Requirements: Call is for CVOR only. Weekend Rotation: Every Other. Travelers will work 75% of holidays. Shift times: 8H, 10H, 12H (dependent on job need).
Floating Requirements: May be floated as needed to Winston Salem campus (Wake Forest Baptist), if needed.
