Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift Notes: Monday-Friday and every other Saturday 8.30-5p 32 or 40hr gt

Weekend Requirements: Part of Shift /Holiday rotation required

Shift accommodation requests will not be considered for this need (block schedule, 10/12hr shifts).

Inpatient experience required.

Doctorate required.

Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred.

Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
