Additional Details:

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Level II NICU and be comfortable going to deliveries and initiating Cpap. Peds in the ER; stabilized and transferred out.

Unit and facility details: Areas to cover: ER and Inpatient, all floors.

Shift & Scheduling:

  • Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend; Days - Saturday and Sunday.
  • Holiday Requirements: May be asked to go into the Holiday Rotation.
  • Call or Standby: Optional - 30 minutes response time.

Floating Requirements: Must be comfortable floating between all specialties: ICU, MICU, MS- Tele, ER, etc.; Can float throughout the hospital; May be asked to float sister facilities: Nampa (14 Miles to the West), & Boise (10 Miles to the E). May be asked to float mid-shift.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
