Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.
Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. Open book exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
Shift & Scheduling: 6 week scheduling done by a scheduler
Weekend Requirements: Every other Weekend
Holiday Requirements: Will rotate with perm staff
RTO needed upfront. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
Float Requirement: Can float to PCU or MedSurg Required Skills/Experience: RNs are required to titrate drips Common Diagnoses: Variety of ICU acuity patients- vented patients, BIS scoring, TTM, IABP (rarely) Unit Details: Beds- 16
Others: Orientation- Classroom orientation and then 2-12 hour shifts on the unit
