If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.

Unit Details: Beds: 60 (21 Inpatient Holding; 2 Psych Rooms, 14 Hall Spaces)

Types of Patients on Unit: Patient types from peds to geriatrics

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Trauma, GSW, sepsis, COVID, STEMI, Stroke, DKA, mental health, respiratory issues, Adult Psych, chest pain

Required Skills/Experience: General ED experience: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV skills, and basic ED knowledge of drips and med administration, procedural sedation, blood administration, cardiac medications

Required Credentials:

• CPI/MOAB, Traveler Competency Exam
• Traveler Telemetry Competency Required
• Required to be completed and passed prior to start. SimpliFi Compliance is responsible for grading this exam.

Equipment Used on Unit: IV Pumps: Alaris

Shift & Scheduling:

• 1100-2300
• 1300-0100
• Weekend rotation – Every other
• No on-call
