Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 6 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

No Blocking Schedules

Call REQ: Five weekdays and 1 weekend

Weekend REQ: Yes - 1 on call weekend/6-week schedule

Orientation Hours: 24

Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics

Special Procedures/Unit: Robotic Surgery, Urology, Gynecology & C-Sections, General, Ortho, ENT, CV

RTO: No holidays

Former perm employees must be separated from any CHS facility for at least 6 months
