Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Preferred 12 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Alabama license or compact license

Additional Details:

No RTO will be approved during the following dates: Thanksgiving: 11/26 - 11/30 Christmas / New Year’s: 12/21 - 1/1

Required Skills/Experience: Strong experience in Trauma (no burns), Neuro, General, Vascular, ENT, General, Ortho spine, Ortho (must have total joint experience), Gyn, vascular (Endovascular as well), urology, robotics for both General and Neuro, Plastics, breasts, eyes

CVOR exp and experience with patient types list: Open heart, CABG, TAVR, AVR, MVR, Sternotomy, Thoracotomy/Thoracoscopy, VATS, ECMO

Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience? No

Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes with at least 2-years experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: robotics experience (Robotic Mazor/DaVinci XI)

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend rotation: On call - 1 day a weekday, one weekend a month (Friday 3p-7a, Saturday 24 hours, Sunday 24 hours.) Take about 10 days call per month.

Holiday Expectations: Expected to work a holiday per contract
