There is only 1 critical care unit. It has 20 beds. Roughly they will see 30-50% of them will be covid patients. 30% will be cardiac, post angioplasty, and the rest will be diabetic ketoacidosis, sepsis, complicated belly or bowel surgery.

Will they be caring for COVID patients? Yes, they will have to care for covid patients, as about 50% or 10 beds will be covid. We have never had more than 10 beds in critical care with covid positive patients.
