Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Operating Room experience is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

PALS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.

On call required

Variable on call rotation

Will need endoscopy, eye and urology experience

No c-sections

Specific experience also preferred in Ortho (podiatry) cases, general surgery, GYN

Several endoscopies, pain injections, cataracts.

Will work all areas of perioperative services including PreOp, OR and PACU.

Curry HR has a strict compliance deadline of two weeks before start. The deadline for a 7/21 start is 7/4.
