Requirements

Experience

18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience with 1 months within the past 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Know how to care for circulatory support (IABP, IMPELLA, LVAD, ECMO), titration of vasoactive and antiarrhythmic medication, interpretation of cardiac waveforms, and hemodynamic monitoring.

Required Credentials: Post cardiac assessment

Shift & Scheduling:

• On Call, Call Back Requirements: No

• Weekend Rotation: Every Other

• Holiday Requirements: Travelers will work 75% of holidays.

Floating Requirements: Within other critical care departments (Ratios: PCU 1:3, MS 1:4).
