Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 24 months.
Experience with McKesson is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Required skills and experience: Outpatient experience
Preferred skills and experience: Inpatient experience
Shift & schedule requirements: 4-5 days/week. Occasional weekend for Inpatient coverage/Holiday coverage required if needed. This position will cover shifts in outpatient Physical Therapy.
Special request requirements: Limited RTO preferred.
