Preferred Skills/Experience: 3-5 years experience in oncology nursing.

Required Credentials: Evidence of continued education and professional development.

Unit/Facility Details: The Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) is an experienced oncology nurse responsible for the individualized needs assessment of cancer patients, family members and their care givers across all phases of the cancer care continuum.
