Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Dialysis Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from last 2 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Start Dates: Need a 9/22 Start

26-32 weeks

Chronic outpatient dialysis open Mon- Sat 0600-2000

Shift & Schedule: Shifts will be a mix of 8/10/12H Rotating

Will work every weekend

No Call

Must be flexible with shifts and time

Floating: May be asked to work every other Saturday in Berlin: 130 Fisher Rd., Barre, VT 05602

Monday - Sunday

No block schedules for any reason

Orientation: Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday

Required Skill / Experience: EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

Others: Public Transportation is not accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
