Assignment for 16-32 weeks

12H Rotating Evening/Night, shifts will be either 7p-730a or 3a-330p.

Floating is not required but weekends, call, and holidays are as scheduled.

• NY injection certification required

Certifications : Venipuncture (NYS DOH venipuncture certification required)

• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

• IVS to OFFER

• Monday to Sunday

• No block schedules for any reason

• Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained

• Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended
