Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arkansas license or compact license

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Every Other Weekend

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: Some weekends yes.

Call Requirements: Yes. once per month.

Patient Ratios: fully staffed we have 3 licensed nurses and 3-4 mental health techs on duty.

Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult; Geriatric; Adolescent

Must Have Skills/Experience: 1+ BH experience needed

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: All healthcare demographics minus open heart and craniotomy
