Travel Allied (Neurodiagnostic Technician) - Polysomnography

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Allied Clinicians that do not require a state license in hand must arrive 3 days prior to start for fingerprints.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend req: Will work every other weekend Is on-call req: No

Special Requests: Open to accommodating block schedule: Discuss schedule requests with manager. RTO Restrictions: Discuss time off requests with manager.

Parking Cost: parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation

Types of Patients on Unit:

• Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

• Patient Diagnoses: OSA related Diagnosis
• Special Procedures: Diagnostic Split Night Titration

Equipment Used on Unit: RESMED Neurovirtual (Required or Somnostar Experience)

Required Credentials: Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer Proof of ID: Drivers License/US ID card Cert: BLS - RQI acceptable

Previous Employment Requirements: Any PERM or PRN employee of Memorial must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler
