Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Operating Room experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

No Blocking Schedules

Charge experience required

D/E/N Rotation/Weekends and Call- Charge as needed 5 years of experience

-Nights rotation would primarily be Fridays/Saturdays- so maybe 2 night shifts in a 6 week schedule

-Evenings rotation would depend on vacations ect, but could be up to 4 or 5 in a 6 week schedule.

Weekends can be 3 working shifts per 6 week schedule.

Call varies depending on the schedule but weekend calls are assigned, typically 3 per person in 6 week schedule.

Weekday calls they sign up for themselves but we will be assigning open ones going forward if they are not filled in by a certain date….

Call on the weekends is one 12 hours trauma call or an hour back up call.
