Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: Nurses need to have to ability to read strips. We titrate drips occasionally.

Required Credentials: Must produce a negative drug screen for all panels.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend and holiday rotation

• Weeknight/Call Requirements: Yes, 6-8 call shifts/month. This includes the primary call and backup call.

• Weekend/Call Requirements: Every 6-7 full weekend, starts Friday at 5:30pm and ends 0600 am on Monday morning. There are addition weekend shifts that RNs will serve for Back up person. They will be the circulator for emergent cases. These shifts are 24 hour shifts and happen on average once/month.

• Holiday/Call Requirements: Yes, Easter BU call shift.

Floating Requirements: We don't float, but if have experience in IR could share.
