Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Acute Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Preferred)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: PEG tube care/feedings, CVC/PICC/Midline usage and care, tracheostomy patients
Required Credentials: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekend Requirement: Every other and to fill holes.
- Holiday Requirement: Holiday rotation and to fill holes.
- Call or a Standby requirement: Not at this time but subject to change.
Floating Requirements: Qualified MS nurses may float to ICU, MS nurses will float to Acute Rehab from time to time.
