HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience is required. Must have recent HH exp 2023-24.
Client may consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.
High population of PICC lines, LVADs, complicated wounds, infusions, and we limit pleurx best possible. We also have cardiac drips as well. I just need someone strong in their skill set if at all possible
Coverage area: Rockwall, Rowlett, Quinlan, Heath, and Wiley May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address
