Requirements

Experience

48 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Case Management experience with 1 months within the past 6 months.

ADN completion required

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.

Required Skills/Experience: Skills required: Acute care case management experience is a must.

Required Credentials: ADN or BSN (or above) accepted.

Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free.

Special Requests: Any RTO or special requests not included on your application will not be considered.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation: could be every weekend, please refer to submission to see. If not a weekend only position, would work 4 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule. No On Call. Holiday Expectations: 50% of holidays in contract. Shift times: 10h shifts, 0700-1730 or 0800-1830 (manager flexible in hours).
