Experience

24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required from last 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

No travel pairs or trios.

No scheduling requests (weekends only, block scheduling, etc)

No background hits.

24 hours guaranteed/Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced/Dual campus requirement.

Weekend/On Call Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility

All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.

All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission. If interested in “any” location, please indlude what states (I.E. Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.).

24 months minimum of current Level I Trauma PCU experience - Required.

Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
