Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

There is no shift differential for AM/PM.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Patient Ratios – level 3: 1-3 per nurse depending on acuity, level 2: 3-4 per nurse.

Preferred or nice to have: Experience with central lines UAC, UVC, broviacs, PICC, etc.

Weekends and On call(if any) 4 weekend shifts per schedule minimum, on call occasionally.
