Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.

Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Required Credentials: Cert: BLS, ACLS, PALS - ARC may be accepted on case-by-case basis with LVHN approval. Military certifications will not be accepted.

Special Requests: RTO requests must be approved by the facility and included with submission.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday. No on-call.
