Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd Friday and Sat 7p-7a plus and additional Friday or Sat (7p-7a) each schedule.

Will need help with Halloween, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas night.

Floating Requirements: Float to Med Surg- low probability of floating

Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry Experience and Reading EKG’s

Ability to handle a fast paced unit with several admissions, discharges, transfers, procedures, etc.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Sets priorities and modifies patient care in response to changing conditions by utilizing problem solving skills and exhibiting good judgment.

Makes appropriate and timely notification to physicians on patient condition changes

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: PD and EKG’s

Most cardiac procedures are done in the Cath Lab – not on the unit

Type of equipment: EKG Machine, Hoyer Lift, LifePak

Special Requests: No block scheduling requests.

Must be able to start within 4-5 weeks to apply
