Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

OCS (Preferred)

Additional Details:

First shift time varies.

Shift: Monday/Wednesday: 10:30am-7pm, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 7:30am-4pm, no weekends or on-call.

40 Hours per week 13-23 weeks available.

Outpatient Physical Therapist

All time off required at time of submission.

IVS to review, Manager will interview and offer.

Minor holidays are required.

Scrubs: any color.

Required Upon Submission: 2 years' experience in Outpatient PT.

Must have General Orthopedic, post-up (general orthopedics/sports medicine).

OCS preferred.
