Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Must have at least 10 months of Operating Room experience.
Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

BLS (Required)
NIHSS (Required)
ACLS (Preferred)
PALS (Preferred)
Vaccinations

Preferred Skills/Experience: 5 yrs of experience (may consider less if strong exp in specialties below)

Shift & Scheduling: Will rotate between 0630-1700 or 1030-2100
