Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Hospice experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

35-40 weekly guarantee

Weekend Requirements: As needed

On Call Requirements: As needed

Have a reliable vehicle to cover a 60 mile service radius (mileage will be covered at IRS standard rate)'

Clinician may float to Oregon sites therefore, Oregon RN license is encouraged

Application for OR licensure is required upon accepting the contract

Min of 1 year; Hospice case management experience required

Acute/Med Surg experience preferred

Must have active DL & auto INS
