Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

ACLS (Required)

Required Skills/Experience: Must have experience with trachs, vents, high-flow NC, Cardiac drips, BiPaP, & telemetry

Unit/Facility Details: Daly 6B is a Medical Intermediate Care Unit that is half medical-tele and half medical step-down.

42 beds – 21 medical & 21 Intermediate care

Expected Ratios: Intermediate care – 1/3, Medical - 1/6

RN’s work on both sides of the floor (med-tele & IMC)
