Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission.

All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval).

Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.

Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).

Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).

Location: Brooklyn Borough, with travel required to patients' homes within the Bronx.

Patient Age Range: 18 to 100 years old

Role: True At Home Nurse Coverage Area: Manhattan Borough

Patient Cases: 5-8 cases per day Work Schedule: Flexible days, with options such as Sunday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday. Consistent days are required.

Two years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and child care, Critical Care, Pediatrics.

Current Adult Care home health experience.
