Travel Allied (Cath Lab / Interventional Technologist) - Cardiac Cath Lab

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Previous Employment Requirements: Return Staff Policy: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence for a minimum of 3 months to return as a traveler.

Required Skills/Experience: Clinician can expet to work Cath Lab and EP. EP will be a large part of the assignment. Facility is willling to train a strong Cath Lab Tech clinician to work in EP -Skills REQ: Per UD, McKesson

Preferred Skills/Experience: Note: IR experience not specifically required (but preferred). Prefer candidates to have some peripheral experience.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath, Interventional Cardiac Cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, Structural Heart (PFO, TAVR, Mitral Clip) Interventional Radiology: Lines, Drains, Embolizations, Lower/upper extremities, Fistulas, Visceral Angio/intervention, Stroke Thrombectomy. Neurointervention CRM Device implants

PREFERRED: CTO Peripherals Venous Access Rhythm Interpretation Philips X-Ray System Variety of Atherectomy Devices Variety of Thrombectomy Devices Temporary LVAD support McKesson for Cath Lab MacLab/Cardio Lab for EP

Shift & Scheduling: Assignment Length - 13 or 26 Weeks - Clinician's choice -Is on-call REQ: Yes - 3 nights per week (no weekends) for 2 hours per night -Weekend REQ: No weekends required unless clinician wants to pick up Cath Lab call shift

Floating Requirements: Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: Yes - may float to Cath Lab -Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals near by
