Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

On call Saturdays 7p-7a and Sundays 7a-7p and 7p-7a

Candidates should have both PREOP and PACU experience – PREOP shifts start at 530am or 6am, PACU shifts begin at 7am and continue every ½ hour until 11am (ex. 7a-730p, 730a-8p…9a-930p, 10a-1030p, etc).

Recent PACU/Preop experience and/or minimum 2 years ICU experience required not surgicenter - they do not see the level of complexity of patients that we see in a level I trauma center. Candidates must possess the ability to think critically and to work independently.

Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – Required
