Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 36 months of Oncology Unit experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission. Must have ONS/ONCC certification. No License Hits.

Special Requests: No travel pairs or trios. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend and On call schedule to be determined by facility

Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float to units where experienced.
