Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion required

Additional Details:

All therapy/rehab traveler start dates will be booked 6 weeks out to provide time to process Marshfield credentialing and onboarding requirements. All travelers will be granted temporary privileges through the Marshfield credentialing team. Marshfield's HR will reach out to the traveler directly alongside our Vaya compliance team throughout the onboarding process to collect these requirements.

Required to submit the following requirements within 1 week of signing - These documents are required for the credentialing application and failure to complete these timely could result in a pushed start date - DOB, SSN, resume, transcript or diploma, education verification, & minimum of 3 references 2 peers and 1 department chair (need name and email address)
