Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Shift & Scheduling:

• 13 or 26 Weeks
• No weekends required unless clinician wants to pick up Cath Lab call shift
• Some Saturdays are required for regular shifts - this will not be an extra shift but part of the 4 schedules shifts for the week. Every 4th weekend on call
• On Call 3 nights per week (no weekends) for 2 hours per night

Floating Requirements: may float to Cath Lab
