Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Required Skills/Experience: This is a tele position, requiring tele skills. Must have a strong cardiac tele background, preferably 2 years. Must be able to decrease cardiac drips per physicians’ orders and parameters. Nurses will be caring for more tele patients VS medical. (MS/Tele travelers DO NOT need prior travel experience). RNs required to titrate drips. Nurses must be able to read & interpret strips.
Required Credentials: Travelers will need to pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of receiving offer, through RELIAS, only (with 2 MAX attempts). There is also a PASS/FAIL SIM LAB on day one of orientation (study guides will be provided with first day instructions.)
Shift & Scheduling: 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule. Must work 2 of 4 major holidays. Holiday Requirement Rotate in with the perm staff. No call required
Floating Requirements: Would float to med/surg/tele/overflow units and CRMC/MGMC Eds as needed.
