Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required.
No block scheduling.
Monday to Friday, with flexible hours/days (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM) as needed to collaborate with staff.
Qualifications: Education & Certification: Must be an experienced Psychiatric Registered Nurse with PMH-BC nursing certification.
Minimum of 5 years in acute inpatient adult, pediatric, adolescent, and young adult psychiatric settings, handling both short and long term stay acute admissions Proven experience in staff training, role-playing, and conducting practice drills. Familiarity with Joint Commission and APNA Nursing standards of care.
Experience in safe restraint, seclusion, and crisis intervention procedures.
Skilled in maintaining a therapeutic milieu and utilizing therapeutic communication and counseling techniques.
Competence in managing patient comorbidities, neurodevelopmental disorders, OCD, ODD, RAD, ADHD, ASD, and CD Supervisory experience with a focus on staff coaching.

UST have supervisory experience as well as experience in Pediatric and Adult Behavioral health.
Psychiatry Service line includes AMP (Pedi psych/medical) Adult inpatient and outpatient and a crisis unit within an ER setting.
