Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of Operating Room experience.

References

Candidates must provide 3 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Additional Details:

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

Shift & Scheduling:

Normal operations are Monday to Friday. Closed Weekends and Major Holidays except for call crew.

On-call requirement 4-5 shifts per month. 3-4 shifts of weekday call of 13.5 hours from 1730-0700 and 1-2 weekend call shifts for 24 hours from 0700a-0700a (saturday to sunday or sunday to monday)

On-call schedule is self scheduling, depending on start date, Department may slot in agency to following month open call shifts. Then following months are self-scheduling. On call shift trades can also be done

30 minute on call response time. 1 sleep room available, first come first serve for OR/PACU staff.

Schedules are drafted on the 5th of each month and final on the15th of month for following calendar month.
