Travel Allied (OT) - Rehabilitation Unit

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

OT - Inpatient

Schedule: Monday - Friday

No call or weekends

Floating: Potential float OP. Willing to float to Outpatient if needed.

Minimum 1 year recent inpatient hospital experience.

Experience in the acute care setting preferred.

Types of procedures required: Evaluation and treatment of variety of adult patient diagnoses in the acute hospital setting. Diagnoses include general deconditioning, Total Joint replacement, post op ortho; some neuro diagnoses; general medical-surgical.

Would prefer willingness to cross training to SNF for intermittent coverage needs, but not a requirement.

All clinicians must badge in and out at facility

Must note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
