Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Case Management experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Required Skills/Experience: Must have prior CA Dignity experience. Both DC Planning and UM are required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: EMR: InterQual.

Required Credentials: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other depending on staffing. Would be at least one full weekend per month. Holidays not required, but will work if they are willing.

Floating Requirements: First to float.
