24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

An interview may not be available prior to offer.

For positions that require radiation exposure, clinicians are required to purchase their own OSL Luxel dosimeter badge.

Traveler is responsible to have Dosimetry Badge prior to starting assignment If traveler can not obtain one we can offer a spare

Shift: Either Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or Warmup (if/when trained) 7am - 3:30pm.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients - All cancer types

Experience or 'Must have' skills - ARIA, Varian TrueBeam -

Years of Experience: 2 years; will consider a first time traveler with the right experience/qualifications.
