Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 10 months of Ambulatory Clinic experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Unit/Facility Details: 32 bed non-skilled facility, current census 23-25 on average
Shift & Scheduling: 36/48 hour contract, Weekend rotation is a must
Seeking a qualified LPN or RN for a 6p-6a NIGHT shift contract LPN Bill Rate $ 65.00; RN bill rate $ 75.00
