Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 3+ years experience hospital/medical center setting

PICU or NICU experience - may work across PICU/NICU floor (Candidate will be cross trained on general Pediatric floor to assist when needed)

Types of Patients on Unit: All Ages

Equipment Used on Unit: HFOV, Jet, Servo U

Unit/Facility Details: Proof of Taxable Address: Only 1 document is required

Special Requests: Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd weekend & Holiday rotation if scheduled

On-Call Requirement: None

Floating Requirements: Traveler may be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran & Iowa Methodist

Candidate will be cross trained on general Pediatric floor to assist when needed
