Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.

6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience:

• This is for the ENT Plastics Team, the candidate needs to have more than 2 years ENT experience.

• Circulate, scrub

Unit/Facility Details: Drivers License/State ID: Copy of Passport, driver's license or government issued ID is required for each Resource on assignment.

Special Requests: Labs must be completed within 48 hours of booking assignment – completed no later than 5 business days.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend coverage is call every 6th to 7th minimum

• Call is required.
