Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Long Term Care experience.
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Unit/Facility Details: 66 Beds

Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for all RN units - RNs will be requested to sign an attestation to confirm they are aware of this requirement

Special Requests: If multiple holidays occur during assignment, facility will only accept 1 holiday RTO request

Block Schedules: No

Shift & Scheduling: 5 shifts one week, 4 shifts the second week of the pay period and will work every other weekend, every other holiday

Floating Requirements: Candidates will float within the hospital as needed
